Fire loss in Copperas Cove, TX

This fire was started by an electrical outlet in the garage. The homeowner had numerous contents that we went through to find out what was salvageable and what was not salvageable. We then took all salvageable items to our warehouse for cleaning and storage until ready for move back. 

We were able to keep the insureds in the home and do a soot cleaning for all ceiling, walls, cabinets and floors. They were so happy to be able to stay in their home since this fire loss occurred during the holiday season.

Although the garage pack out took time due to all the affected items we were able to clean the soot in the inside of their home within 3 days, due a walk through to ensure we met their expectations and address any concerns and they were able to get back to a normal routine.
