Water damage in Burnet, TX

This was a vacation home owned property that had a water loss from a broken pipe leaking for an unknown of time. The whole house was affected needing removal of flooring, walls, insulation and cabinets throughout most of the home.

Along with our crews and some temporary labor we were able to complete the tear out and pack out within a week making both the homeowner and adjuster happy for the insurance company very happy.

Due to that fact that no electricity was available at the residence due to extensive water throughout the home we brought in a portable generator to operate our drying equipment and tools to get the house demolition completed the property properly dried.
